Weight Lifting Guide
I am going to start weight lifting but... (Best answer will be chosen!)?
I don't know how to start.
I have about 50lbs with the bar that i can lift comfortably right now, How should I increase with the weeks? I am going to be working out 3 days a week.
Can anyone give me a sort of guide to lifting?
As in:
Week 1 Week 2 And so on from there.
