ok i know to be an officer you have to do 4 years in college.
what is the difference in pay?
what is the difference with an officer and a enlisted?
do you go to boot camp before or after college(officer)

Actually, you don't need 4 years of college; but you do need a BA degree. Officers don't go to bootcamp (It's actually called "recruit Training" now) unless they were prior enlisted before getting their commission. Upon graduation of college you will need to attend OCS- Officer Candidate School. If you know well before you graduate college that you for sure want to become a Marine- you can enroll in the USMC PLC (plt leaders course) which they will pay you for while you attend college and get your degree and it will also eliminate you having to go to OCS. Another option you have, which pisses me off is you can attend the Naval Accademy- you can chose to either be a Naval OR Marine Corps officer, which IMHO is just fkd up.
As for the difference in pay, a commissioned rank makes more then an enlisted rank. Years of service as well as rank and dependants is what determines how much you will make.
