What are good arm excesses for women?

I want to tone up my biceps but not bulk them up, what are some good suggestions for strength training?

Swimming is a good Workout, and will tone your arms, without bulking up your arms. Try that. Also, pilates works too! I do this, and I feel great results. Look on Walmart.com and type in "The Firm Pilates." I have the heavy resistance version, since I wanted a challenge. In the quick workout session (once a day, workout is 30 minutes) I felt results all over my body, and had better performance with my sports that I play (tennis, volleyball, basketball, track.)

BACKGROUND ON PILATES:
A natural way to tone down, and lose major Weight loss. Easiest way to Lose Weight, without much strain on yourself. Works all muscle groups, and does not add bulk onto any muscle groups on body.
