K-Fed Weight Gain - Tips to Reverse the Belly Curse and Get Ripped Abs

Hollywood is relentless when anyone’s appearance takes a turn for the worse and the recent pictures of K-Fed’s weight gain really paints the picture of how a Hollywood lifestyle can dramatically change your overall physique in record time. Kevin Federline currently looks to be been very “well fed†lately sipping on his beverage of choice by the pool and possibly late night fast food runs to favorites like White Castle. I always feel bad for people in Hollywood that let themselves go because the paparazzi puts them in the spotlight and getting out of condition happens to most everyone at some point in their life. In this case it is hard for me to feel too bad for a former dancer that only has a $20,000 a month budget to balance with his support checks from Brittany. To be fair it would be hard for a lot of people to get really motivated if they had 20K coming in every 30 days and didn’t really have to work for it. Rather than stretching his money he seems to be stretching his waistline and K-Fed weight gain has been very well documented by the tabloids on the internet.

K-Feds before and after picture isn’t very inspirational but K Fed can reverse this completely and get ripped abs again. It’s never too late to take back control of your life and stop before it is too late.

K-Fat is rumored to become K-Fit with his recent signing on to Celebrity Fit Club. Kevin Federline has a chance to redeem himself and when the new season starts on February 14th on VH1. This gives him some more time to get bigger for the show (there are internet rumors that he is being paid to get fat – I think he is getting fat for free). Maybe he is actually sick of the “K-Overfed†jokes and he is really inspired to make a change and lose the weight. Or the extra paycheck and chance to get on television again is his real motivation.

If he does go on Fit Club his weight gain will be coming to a halt and perhaps he will get his 6 pack back. Let’s not be too harsh on the guy though because the United States itself is approaching a 40% obesity rate so while poking fun at him we should all take a look in the mirror to see what we can do for ourselves. Many of us have fallen into the trap of fast food and late night unhealthy snacks while watching television.

If you recently let yourself gain too much fat and want to get off of the K-Fed Weight Gain Program but you don’t have the luxury of going on Celebrity Fit Club I’ll give you a few free tips to help get you top

Bodyweight Exercises are the Best

A great way to get fit quick burn off that fat belly is to do Bodyweight Exercises like pull ups, pushups, split squats, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and squat thrusts. Set up intervals where you go from one Exercise to another without rest and go for 15 minutes without stopping. This will work every muscle in your body, burn fat, and increase your metabolism for fast fat loss. This is how the US Marines do it and I still use them to stay in condition today. If this works for getting the worlds finest fighting force in shape it can work for you. Do boot camp style Workouts at home and see what it can do.

6 Meals a Day

This doesn’t mean you need to sit down to an entire meal but means you need to eat something 5 or 6 times per day to keep your metabolism high and healthy. Three healthy meals and three healthy snacks is plenty. Snacks like 22 ounce beers by the pool are part of the K-Fed weight gain plan and should be avoided. Taco Bell should never be part of your diet but treat yourself once a month if you really love it.

Get Your Sleep and Drink Less Alcohol

When we overwork our bodies and fill them with loads of toxins like rum and cokes and cigarettes we create a chemical dump in our body that stores fat rather than burns it. A lack of rest and sleep will cause a rise in the hormone cortisol. Cortisol eats away at muscle tissue and is responsible for putting fat around your belly. So even though you may not be eating that much partying can create the ideal hormonal storm for fat gain. Get plenty of sleep and rest and use antioxidants like vitamin C and green tea to help detoxify your body. Use these simple techniques to start to reverse the in your life.

where would i find pictures of marines that are currently going through boot camp at camp pendleton?

my boyfriend just joined and had told me before he left that there was some website where i could see pictures of them going through boot camp, but i have no idea what website it was.
MCRD...thanks for the correction! :)

Well, its actually the San Diego recruiting station, NOT camp Pendleton (pendleton is permanent duty station, but don't worry I've made this mistake many times and its a pretty excusable mistake).

Try googleing "san diego marine BCT" and see if there is a website (I know there is, bc they post pics, I just can't remember what it is).

You might need a password or something to get in, since pictures are mainly for the family of the recruits. Maybe ask his mom? She is most likely the one with the postcard w/ his address, who received the first day phone call, and various other information, and she most likely HAS the website.
