physical fitness for now to get ready for summer?
i'm 15 years old and i had Weightlifting at school last semester. so now i can only lift twice a week on the weekends so what can i do to get ready for summer? crunches? running? im not a good runner but if someone can point me to a good program i'd be oh so thankful. thanks people!
