How long does it take to finish the ACE personal training course?
I am thinking about taking the ACE personal training course and I was just wondering if anyone knew how long it takes, the total number of study hours put in plus the test taking time. It would also be helpful if you could tell me what exactly the course teaches because I already know a decent amount about nutrition and exercise.
