Extreme Exercise Plan?

I've been watching the biggest loser and I've decided that I want to do the same thing. I've tried to find the Workouts online, but everything seems to cost money.

I am almost done school for the semester (university student) so I will have a lot fo time to devote to this. I already eat healthy and have a pretty nice form, but I want to lose 2-5% of my body weight like they do.

What should I do each day? How long? I know they Workout 6 hours a day, but what do I do for those 6 hours? Should I do more or less?

Please only answer if you really know what your talking about!

Watch what you eat (calories and portions) and exercise for 30 - 60 minutes per day. 6 hours is unrealistic when living a normal life. Relax and don't expect to lose it overnight. Besides working out so much, the weight comes off faster when you have a ton to lose. Seeing as you only need to lose a little, it may take a while longer. Good luck!
