Anybody Have An Intense Home Workout Routine?
I don't have time to go to the gym. Does anybody have an intense home workout that you wouldn't mind sharing with me?
I guess I should give some more details.
I'm looking to lose the last of my extra Weight from my pregnancy. I'm really only looking to lose the weight in my belly for now.
I'm one of those people who can eat what they want and not gain weight so I don't think my diet is a major concern.
I'm 18, 5'1 and I currently weigh about 112 lbs (not that i'm complaining about the weight..I just want my flat belly back). And asap!
Here's an excellent Core Workout.
Begin with... somewhere between 15:
Crunches
Leg raises (on your back)
Legs side to side (on your back)
Bicycles
Side crunches (both sides)
Push-ups
Then move down the ladder. Begin again with 10, then 5... If this is too much, begin with a lower number. As your core muscles get stronger, make the beginning number higher.
This is core only, with a tiny bit of chest/arms with the push-ups. Try running.
