anyone tried that Boot Camp Fitness?
i have been thinking about it but am so unfit its not funny! whats it like?? i am kinda afraid to try it.
I've tried it, and yes it is tough enough to 'boot' you out of the camp.
Dont give up, you will sweat a ton. The thing you are waiting for is NO not seeing the progress of weight loss, BUT the adaptation of your body to within a short amount of time ( ie; 6 classes ) pull through and be able to actually do the Workout better each time and then with ease.
Thats the amazing part... Once you can get to the part where you can do the class with ease, you then can keep doing it and one day you will be in good shape, lean,trim... You can also step it up to a harder class as well to get to the next level of abilities.
