Weight training will help change the way you look, replacing fat with muscle, changing your body composition.

Any ideas of fat burning workout DVDs?

So i really want a workout DVD that is going to shed my fat and burn off loads of calories, im trying to tone up and slim down but NOT get bulky, i am a chick by the way haha. and if you guys have any ideas of what DVDs are best thatd be great. I really want it to include some ab workouts as well as toning my arms and legs, just every really. I get bored easily so make it fun and intense cause i want to sweat during this so i can burn loads and inches off my body. help me please and thanks babes
