Bootcamp Lose Weight on a Budget
Losing Weight can be an expensive endeavor to say the least.Personal trainers are very costly, not to mention gym clothes. The list goes on and on.
However, you can actually Lose Weight while on a budget, which is great news when our nation's economic situation is gloomy. Budget living is on everyone's mind these days and saving money is a top priority to many. The good news is losing weight doesn't have to mean spending more money.
Actually, as your waistline decreases, you just might make your wallet fatter! Here are some easy ways to lose weight on a budget. Try eating at home more and see your waistline shrink! The typical American spends tons of money each month eating out when they can easily be saving it by cooking at home. You will do your budget and your waistline a big favor by eating at home more often since you can control the portions you eat and cook healthy meals.
Clipping coupons will also help you save money and provide an incentive to cook more often at home. Bulk up with beans the next time you go to the market. Not only are they cheap, but they're also low-fat, and a nutritious way of adding additional protein and fiber to your meals, both of which will help you feel fuller longer to prevent overeating. Look for dishes that use beans as a main ingredient or add them to foods you already enjoy.
Ready yourself for small portions so you don't over buy or over eat. Sure, those cute little "100 calorie packages" are handy and provide instant portion control. But if you're just as concerned about your bottom line as, well, the size of your bottom, they just aren't worth it! Instead, buy the full size of your favorite smart snacks when they're on sale. Then, read the food label to find out what a serving size is, and create your own instant-will-power packages by putting servings in reusable containers. You'll get many more servings for the price as compared to pre-packaged individual servings. Borrow Exercise videos from friends or rent them at your local library. You can even request or reserve specific videos you're interested in.
However, if you find one that you like at the library, invest in it! It will be money well spent in the long run that will help you meet your weight goals. Simply walk more! Why waste gas driving to the corner store when you can simply walk there? It's a wonderful time to start walking. Start out by walking about 10 minutes at a time (e.g., the nearest store and back) before trying an hour-long trek across the neighborhood. Before you know it, you'll be walking everywhere as you see the inches drop on the scale!
Bootcamps are also a great way to lose weight and save money. Bootcamps are small to medium sized group workouts that offer all the motivation you need to achieve your Fitness goals. Whether you're losing 20lbs or that last ten, a bootcamp Workout is a great option

I'm Leaving for Bootcamp in a month and I want Advice for the Running Part?
So I leave To Fort Leonard wood on August 28 and my only concern right now is my running I've been going to a couple of drills one weekend a month and where we do one mile runs and my time on that comes out in like 9 mins. +
What can I do to cut the the time and work up the 2 miles that I will be doing at my time at bootcamp, so I don't feeling like I'm killing my self over there, in this little time that I have here.
That's the only concern I have I know I'll do fine in the Push ups and Sit ups and should I be concern about any other workouts there that you can tell me about will be appreciated
I weight like 165-170 and my height is 5'8" if that info can help

How far do you run when Training? Extend it to at least two times the distance and include hills lots of hills and push yourself up the hills, also run stairs. I have cut 2.5 min. off my time in about 3 weeks doing this and you might want to cross train using a bike less stress on the knees but go for time not distance on the bike if it takes 2 hours to run ride for 2 hours. Good Luck, I'm try'n to get in shape for the sandbox as a contractor been out of it for a few years.
