- Create a schedule and stick to it as far as possible. A well planned schedule is the only way to achieve regularity in exercise and get to your fitness goals fast.
- There are many great ways to exercise in Cardiff, there is the gym, running clubs,bootcamps, exercise groups - everybody is unique so you must find the correct option for you.

how many pushups , pullups ,miles , Weight ,minutes everything im planing to go in but i want to be ready.

It will tell you how many push-ups and sit ups you must do in a minute and you have to run 1.5 miles in like 15 minutes...but it's very thorough.
