Does the Coast Guard CSPI program allow any exceptions for the SAT score?

I was approached by the Coast Guard recruiters a few weeks ago and they introduced me to the program. I quickly became very excited and started working on my Physical Fitness and began research on the Coast Guard in order to ensure my success at boot camp. A few days ago i noticed that the program required an SAT score of 1100 or greater, but only on two parts of the SAT(at first i thought it was all three). I was wondering if i was below this would there be some way to show my improvement through my college courses ive taken so far or would i just be considered ineligible.

That doesn't mean the SAT scores from high school have to be used. A guy can take the SAT again to achieve the required score. Oct 31 is the regular registration deadline for the Dec 5 SAT exam. The new score should reflect improvement in college. Probably a good idea to go through one of the SAT Prep guides before the exam.

Or, take the ACT, ASVAB, or ASTB and achieve the required score.
"Score a 1100 or greater on the SAT I (taken between 1 Apr 95 through 31 Mar 05), 1100 or greater combined score on the SAT (taken after 31 Mar 05 and the score consists of adding the critical reading (verbal) and math sections), or a composite score of 23 or greater on the ACT, or a 4 AQR/4PFAR on the ASTB, or ASVAB GT score of 109 or higher (110 prior to 1 Jul 04.) GT consists of combining the VE and AR scores."

You should ask the recruiters that informed you of the CSPI about any exceptions. They will know the current rules. Advice that you receive here may be out of date because CSPI was limited to students at historically black, hispanic serving, tribal colleges, and universities located in Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands as of last spring. It was a competitive program to gain admission to under the prior rules that allowed students at more universities to apply. 1100 was the minimum score needed to submit an application; it didn't guarantee selection.
