Bruce Lee and Power Push Ups - Another Bodyweight Exercises Past Master

Has anyone heard of Bruce Lee - probably the fittest guy on the Planet, another Bodyweight exercises Master.

You know the look - superlean, yet strong as a horse. He's got that sculpted look that everyone is looking for, and that primarily comes down to a torso that vibrates Strength and energy. That's what bodyweight exercises can do for you. Used by all the great athletes and warriors of our time such as Michael Jordan, Floyd Mayweather, the great Bruce Lee and a host of others...

You just know that these guys will always be in great shape, but you didn't know that much of their strength and conditioning comes from mastering bodyweight exercises.

Try this one out for size, and come back if you like it. One of the great Bruce's favourites. You can just see him popping up from the floor with an absolute minimum of effort, because he's already mastered bodyweight exercises.

Power Pushup

If you want a stronger upper body, and "love" the bench press, then get ready to fall out of love...

Explosive power and a leaner body are just some of the benefits that this Exercise has over lying down on the job, ehh...We mean doing the bench press.

As always, go somewhere quiet with a little bit of space, and write down what you're going to do. Then get it done.

Assume the normal press-up/push-up position. As you press up, really "power up" pushing your hands into the floor as you raise your body so that your hands lift up from the ground, and repeat until exhaustion. You want at least a few inches between your palms and the ground each time as you power up, and then land again with a slight bend in the arms to absorb the impact of your landing. Then lower and repeat.

Do three good sets twice a week, and marvel at your results.

This exercise will build your sensational abdominal muscles as you use them to stabilise your body, vastly improve your lung power and stamina, and you can certainly expect to be huffing and puffing as you raise your heart rate, and begin to sweat and of course develop tremendous upper body strength.

This is essentially a plyometric exercise, one where you utilise the additional force of springing up from the floor to increase the resistance provided by gravity, and is a sure thing for developing explosive power.

Can anyone give me Bodyweight Leg exercises?

give me a list of the known bodyweight exercises for the leg and if you want the best answer, explain how to do it

u know my Workouts for legs consist of these all body Weight
lunges-1 leg forward 1 back and go down like ur kneeling
squats-legs shoulder width apart and bend ur knees and putting ur butt outwards
1 legged squats-squat w/ one leg have chair to support u
calf raises-go on ur tippy toe then down then up then down
1 legged calf raises-calf raise w/ one leg
wall sits-like ur sitting on a chair but holding it for a minute against a wall
