Bodybuilding Exercises
What exercises should a 13-14 year old male do in order to get a fit body?
Like Abs and biceps exercises, and the proper way to do them and how many times. I weigh 54-55 kilos, but I don't want to get a lot of muscles like get them ripped and stand out a lot. Just a fit-strong body. ( I do want muscles but not like bodybuilding " Just Fitness " ) Without pills and drinks or any other product.
Abs- Every other day do 3 sets of 30 crunches and build it up from there. Crunches are better than situps cause they provide less pain to the back and neck. Research them if you want. Leg raises and Leg tucks are good as well.
Biceps-You mainly need Weights. If you've got any, dumbell/barbell curls and hammer curls. If you don't have any, do 3 sets of 20 pushups and build it up. Also, pullups are good as well if you have a high bar anywhere in your house.
