Are there any body weight exercises for your back besides pull ups?
The only door frame in my house that my iron gym pull up bar can fit on is too narrow for me to be able to do wide grip pull ups( the one that works your back and shoulders). Are there any body weight exercises that work the back and shoulders besides pull ups? If there is, please give a detailed explanation as to how to do it(or them).
if you know what downward dog position (if not google it) do that but turn your hands inwards so the fingers are facing each other, go down into a push-up but keep the downward dog pose, elbows out
