Body Weight/Exercise question?
Hey, I am about 22 y/o 5'8" and around 115 pounds. I don't want anything in the next few sentences to be taken as a body weight problem, I do not think I am fat.
I have been trying to tone up lately. I hate working out though. I am what you call skinny fat. I am definitely skinny, but I gain all my weight in my belly. I still fit into a size zero, so it's not a lot. But if I just cut all the junk food out (which I eat ALOT b/c of my job and school), will I need to work out? I don't really have the time and the time I do have, I don't want to spend in the gym.
So if I were to do some basic situps everyday and pushups, etc and cut all the high fatty foods, will I get slimmer and toner and not the jiggle belly?

Yes!!! granted from what i read you are a woman.. you seem to have the jist of it. i had the same problem before i started to teach my abdominal class. heres what you do. every night beofre you take a shower which should be immediatly before you go to bed you do 20 crunches and then 10 pushups and then 10 crunches then 5 pushups. take a shower.. you will notice tightening and toning in less than 2 weeks.. the key is to do it everynight. dont overwork then you may tear the muscle tissue but keep your stomach tight and then you will feel a burn.. take a shower and then its also proven to help you get a deeper sleep at night which results in better nutrients cycle and a better REM cycle.
