Despite having proposed consistency, it should be extended to the meals taken. One should vary their food content while ensuring that the calorie content and balance is still maintained. This may not have a nutritional merit as the nutrients are still the same but the effect it has on the mind is immense. Variety helps one enjoy their meal, which in turn improves their attitude to what they are doing and this becomes evident with the positive change in physique.
