Bikini Boot Camp is claimed to be a free membership (some personal information must be shared before gaining access) that opens the door to fifteen customized Weight Loss tools.

The four features of Bikini Boot Camp strive for one goal—to make you look better in a bathing suit.  We’ll wouldn’t we all like that?  Once you are a member, you gain access to online support that functions as a blog of sorts—the founders responding to members questions.  The format is rather weak on effectiveness and the website appears to have some navigation challenges.

I loove the bikini bootcamp DVD, it is a really great Workout and you'll be sore the next day, I saw results in the first month of using it. I like the 2nd and 3rd Workouts the best!
